Here is my personal code of ethics I plan to use in my everyday career and professional life.

  • Integrity: stand up for yourself and others associated with you who have been treated unjustly.

  • Open-minded: continue to learn and experience new things at all times, and always understand something before evaluating it.

  • Altruism: remain selfless, promote the welfare of others, and cooperate spontaneously for the good of the company.

  • Honesty: do not mislead, cheat, lie, or manipulate others to any degree or in any way; remain truthful in all forms of communication.

  • Accountable: promote good governance, prevent the onset of systemic corruption; gain stability in the public’s eye for the company and project a clean image of the company through myself.

  • Transparent: embody open communication with colleagues and employers as well as for the company, remain organized and informative with actions, and endorse safety for clients – physically, emotionally, and financially.

  • Responsible: will be answerable for actions performed and/or consequences, able to answer reasonably for conduct, remain trustworthy.

  • Competent: maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services diligently, acting in a manner that demonstrates exemplary professional confidence.

  • Visionary: remain practical and strategic, yet articulates and expresses inspiring ideas with clarity and passion.

  • Rational: avoid conflicts of interest, create optimal livelihood with processes and virtues that help achieve it, and remain as fair as possible in all forms.
