The Finals

So a little background information is that I am indeed a Cavs fan and I do love Lebron James. Although Kyrie Irving is my favorite on the team, I've recently become a huge fan of Matthew Dellavedova.

Anyways, my blog post today is just going to consist of me talking about Lebron James response to a reporter when talking about the issue of MVP. He basically said that even if he loses in game six to the Warriors then he wont accept the MVP for the finals (even though he lost). And this is in the perspective that they would offer it to him because he has averages 40pts or more on two games, int he beginning was averaging a triple double in the post season, and is just a freak athlete in general.

My thing is that you can take this two separate ways, you can take it as he's an arrogant asshole or he's truly there for his city. No one believed me a year and a half ago when I said he was going back to Cleveland for his family and kids but then it happened. He's back in Cleveland for the finals this year, he takes them all the way and then plays great for it. We all know that if he had Kevin Love, without his dislocated shoulder and Kyrie Irving without his broken left knee cap, that Lebron would have already done it, or without saying just him, the Cavs sould have done it.

I feel like he might think that he owes it to Cleveland becasue of the way he left and also because of how he happened to leave. All I know is that if he does make it happen then he definitely deserves it. Curry has given him a run for his money and I think the only thing that can stop Curry from taking this away from James is if the Cavs put their heart into it and stop pretending they deserve it just becasue. They have worked for it hard up until now, but you cant always just rely on your fellow teammates.
